It appears you have been living together for a few years, two at least. That means you should have a massive pile of evidence by now. Many of us came on a K-1 visa and had not lived together more than a few weeks when we sent in our AOS, so we didn't have much evidence at all even at the time of the interview. Not any kids either, and we were approved just fine.

You guys have it much easier, you have had years to collect evidence, many of us didn't have that privilege.

Post  the letter with personal information blacked out. We can help you gather all what they need. 

 

They want to see things like bank account with both your names on it, DL from both of you if you both drive with the same address, mail even junk mail can help. The use of debit cards that each of you have to the joint account. You can even send them the bills for IVF and doctors. Taxes as you have been married for awhile you should have done taxes as married. Once you show the letter everyone on here can give you a better idea of what they want and can gear replies to your case specifically.

You can also add each other as beneficiaries on insurance and financial accounts.

You mentioned moving recently.  Did you get an interview notice?  Did you update your address with USCIS?

Do you know for certain that the lawyer sent everything you gave them? If the NOID came to you post it here so members can help. If you don't have it and the lawyer just told you some song and dance get the letter. You need to know exactly what they want.

I am not going to argue with you. It is not about the same topic, it is about a new notice that was received AFTER the NOID...
