I have a question my friend is a United States Citizen, she filed for her husband and kids. They husband got approved and was sent to the nvc, but the kids got approved but need an i-824 to be sent to the NVC. The person who helped prepare their paper i-130 made a mistake. I would like to know if there is a way to speed the kids i130/1824.

Maybe I am missing something, but I believe the I-824 is only to be filed with USCIS or CBP, not NVC.

Who told you the I-824 needs to be sent to the NVC?  Also, why do the children need the I-824 filed in the first place?   Were they denied entry or were deported from the US in the past?

We were told by the uscis to file the I-824. Their i130 has been approved but since there was a mistake in the i130, the uscis requested an i824. The i824 is to move the i130 to NVC

I think i might have made a mistake with the way I worded the question. "need an i-824 to be sent to the NVC." I meant that she was told to file the i824 with uscis in order for uscis to send the approved i130 petition to the NVC

No, there's no sure way to speed up anything. You can ask for an expedite and see what happens. Otherwise probably best to delay at NVC until the children's cases get there to catch up.
