    I think i might have made a mistake with the way I worded the question. "need an i-824 to be sent to the NVC." I meant that she was told to file the i824 with uscis in order for uscis to send the approved i130 petition to the NVC.

    We were told by the uscis to file the I-824. Their i130 has been approved but since there was a mistake in the i130, the uscis requested an i824. The i824 is to move the i130 to NVC.

    I have a question my friend is a United States Citizen, she filed for her husband and kids. They husband got approved and was sent to the nvc, but the kids got approved but need an i-824 to be sent to the NVC. The person who helped prepare their paper i-130 made a mistake. I would like to know if there is a way to speed the kids i130/1824.

    I have a joint sponsor that is self employed business owner. What tax documents and supporting documents do i send to prove their income.

    when submitting it online what do i send under the document type "FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN OR TRANSCRIPT" do i need to submit anything for that?

    For the i864 w it asks for the childs social security and it says required do i just leave it blank

    so even if they arent in the usa yet, i would put them under dependents

    yes they are my biological kids, they are under the age of 18.

    what part do i put my kids under if they are not currently living with me in the usa?

    yes they have been informed that i became a us citizen each child currently has their own nvc case number and invoice number with the nvc, the visa category is IR-2 visa

    i paid the affidative of support fee for my kids at the nvc website. do i still submit the i864w or i864 ? when i applied the i130 i was a green card holder. but now i am a us citizen.
