If my N600 is denied will my passport be revoked? [merged threads]

I already have a passport in order to prove citizenship. But I am considering applying for my Certificate of CItizenship as additional proof. I am already a citizen because I was adopted internationally by two American citizens, had a readoption etc. If I apply for my Certificate of CItizenship and for some reason it is denied, does anyone know if my passport would be taken from me?

I am concerned if I got a dui felony my passport could be taken. SO I'd like to have the certificate. My birth record is just my birthmother stating she had me in a certain hospital at a certain time. It is certified by the local government agency but it's so different from what we use I'm afraid cis might question it. I'm not sure they even look at that though as I have a legal adoption from Guatemala and redoption from the US

1. So put aside your biological birth certificate…most adoptees never get to see and neither do ANY other government agencies …it becomes sealed.

2. You need first to FOIA the US Passport Application and documentation submitted when the passport was first issued .The claim to USC as well as WHICH adoptive parent you got your US Citizenship from is in that and it’s the documentation you will need to submit w N-600…..if we get there.Because the 2 adoptions are foxing me. PLUS it will either have info and copy of two adoptions OR one may not have been disclosed.

****Excellent decision to get N -600

Simple solution. Stop driving when drunk. You won't have to worry about a DUI

A life (someone's or yours), not your passport, could be taken away by your DUI. I'd focus on that.

Not sure why you're alarmed.

Is there something you fear?

Anyway, I have never dealt with this situation

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
