Did you send an inquiry to NVC? I got a reply from NVC within two days. I attached the screenshot of the reply here.

The address is

Our NOA2 was approved on August 18th. I emailed NVC questioning the status of our case on September 30th. I received an email response from NVC research which stated that they had received our petition on October 3rd, however, I have no proof it is there and if this is accurate. I have yet to receive anything in the mail from the NVC. The email stated they will send detailed instruction to me soon but still have not received anything. We have a daughter now and her dad has yet to meet his daughter. So disappointed in our immigration system...

hi, you should follow this website. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

it says Current case creation time frame: As of 17-Oct-22, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 21-Sep-22

means they are looking cases received on september 21 and forward.

So sorry to hear.  NVC also confirmed receiving my petition on Oct 3-4th.  Hopefully, both of our petitions get shipped to Ankara on Tuesday 🤞

Hey all, quick question.

Does the welcome letter from the NVC come by mail or by email or both?

Does it get sent to the beneficiary or petitioner or both?

Thanks!

Most Petitioner's receive it via email, but I know someone that received the welcome letter by mail only.

Hey guys I need help with something… I don’t know what to do no more. Today I’m completing 51 days since my approval and my fiancé keep on calling USCIS and the only thing they say is: It’s a delay and need to wait 90 days. Last week he called them and somebody said our case was sent on the 12 but today he called again and they said our case wasn’t sent yet. I’m really confused and sad!!! Most of people I see having they case sent to NVC with 40-46 days the max.

any advice?

At this point I don’t know what to think 😢

we going through this same thing. my fiancé called Uscis like a week back and they told him our case was sent to nvc, when i emailed nvc they replied that the case was received, but we haven’t got any case number yet. so today i had an online chat with one of the representative at uscis and she said our case hasn’t been sent yet as per the record. we are confused too. it’s been 60 something days since approval.., but we are trying to stay positive .

At least NVC said they got your case there, they just can’t give you the new number now because is only when it’s ready to send to embassy. Don’t worry about it!!!! I guess USCIS they confused and keep on confusing people as well.

I don’t know if my case arrived to NVC, I’m just waiting the response for my inquiry.

We got our NOA2 on Aug 15, and still no NVC welcome letter.  Sent two emails to NVCresearch this week asking for a confirmation that they got it, no response yet.

Looks like the total days from NOA2 to NVC receiving case to creating case is actually 87 or so, hoping to hear something by Nov. 8.

I read on another thread that sometimes people only got their welcome letter AFTER it was sent to the embassy, and that may depend on the embassy backlog.  So who knows really.  Initially was hoping for mid Oct response, now hoping for early to mid Nov.

Hey guys, I called USCIS today to see if my case was sent to NVC, and the tier 1 customer service said it wasn’t sent yet. I also got a response from the NVC research email that they received my case from USCIS but it’s not been put in their system yet. Does anyone have thoughts on which response might be accurate? I’m thinking maybe Tier 1 just can’t see that the file was sent and I’m hoping the nvc response is correct…

I actually called USCIS again and they confirmed that NVC received our case October 4. Hopefully this is accurate

Hoping the same, but at this point I don't know what to think, seems that whoever asked NVC got the same response, that it was received. I'd like to be proved wrong. I've got confirmation at the 37th day after NOA2. Another thing is that "nvcresearch" mail is not actually NVC contact but a private contractor for DOS which handles various things, correspondence among them. Not sure how much they are to be trusted. Still, hope is there.

*Ok, that's something more reliable then.

honestly i also think everyone is getting the same response from nvcresearch, cause i also was told by uscis that our case wasn’t out yet. and yet nvc is saying the opposite
