At least NVC said they got your case there, they just can’t give you the new number now because is only when it’s ready to send to embassy. Don’t worry about it!!!! I guess USCIS they confused and keep on confusing people as well. I don’t know if my case arrived to NVC, I’m just waiting the response for my inquiry. 🙏🏼

Hey guys I need help with something… I don’t know what to do no more. Today I’m completing 51 days since my approval and my fiancé keep on calling USCIS and the only thing they say is: It’s a delay and need to wait 90 days. Last week he called them and somebody said our case was sent on the 12 but today he called again and they said our case wasn’t sent yet. I’m really confused and sad!!! Most of people I see having they case sent to NVC with 40-46 days the max. any advice? At this point I don’t know what to think 😢

Hey guys, my case got approved on August 29. It’s been 44 days so long from our approval. I tried to send a email to NVCresearch so many times and always the same answer: “The National Visa Center (NVC) has not yet received your petition from USCIS” so I’m just trying to understand how long they’re taking to send cases to NVC? If is normal what I’ve been going through because at this point Im getting worried. My fiancé called USCIS as well and they keep on saying the same thing about 90 days the total to be sent. Is there anyone in the same situation?
