    thanks. actually they sent me both receipt numbers. i hadn’t noticed since the difference is one number

    i filed both AOS & EAD but i only got one receipt number in sms . so i tried this same technique to know the receipt number for i-485 but both the two numbers i typed in have the same received dates. the one before and after the EAD number i received

    starting this journey again. -Sent AOS docs thru Mail: 24th/3 (phoenix lockbox) -Received/ picked up from the mail box : 27th march 2023. still waiting to hear from them . hopefully soon

    yes you need the certificate of good conduct from interpol. and you can apply for that online. interpol website and then make an appointment to submit in your fingerprints

    no i haven’t done anything. and i dont think that’s true. as for my Embassy you pay while going to schedule an interview. so it had to be already at the embassy

    yeah that’s what i was told. that you wait. it will eventually turn to in transit when the case is sent to the embassy

    okay to whoever told us to contact the Congress man. thank you so much. we contacted him yesterday and today he got in contact with NVC and gave us our Case number and the date when our case was received. atleast we know our case is being processed . it’s been 88days since approval. i advice to please contact your congress man and get help.
