  1. I know that someone else went ahead and booked their appointment in this situation however, I’m not sure if they got this warning notification. I feel like I’m going to be in the same situation soon.
  2. I have the same NOA2 date and got notified the same time as you. My fiancé is in Turkey. It is still showing in transit as of this morning. What about your current status?
  3. Did you send it to the email address at nvcresearch@state.gov ?? If so and that hasn't worked, I would try a new email thread completely.
  4. This was my first response from the inquiry I made. Did you send the copy? If so, what did NVC say to you after you sent a copy of the approved notice to NVC's email?
  5. Did you send a copy of your NOA2 to nvcresearch's email address? When I got an email response from the NVC inquiry I made on their website, they stated that this was an option. Here is the email below: Dear Sir/Madam: Thank you for your inquiry. Our records do not show that we received your petition. It can take up to six weeks for an approved petition from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to arrive at the National Visa Center (NVC). Once we receive it, we will enter your petition into the U.S. Department of State's database systems. For current processing times, please visit our website at https://nvc.state.gov/timeframes for English andhttps://nvc.state.gov/plazos for Spanish. If your approved petition was sent to NVC later than the listed processing times, you do not need to take any action. If your petition was approved before the dates NVC is working on, please send us a scanned copy of your I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. You can attach it to an email and send it to nvcresearch@state.gov. · In the subject line of your email, please type only the receipt number from your I-797 Approval Notice. · If you have more than one petition, send a separate email for each petition · Once we receive the copy of your approval notice, we will contact USCIS to find your petition. Before you send us an email, please check your Notice of Action and make sure it says your petition was approved and sent to NVC. If it says that USCIS kept your petition, or if it is not an approval, contact USCIS for more information. You can contact them on their website at https://uscis.gov, or by telephone at 1-800-375-5283. 6. I don’t believe there is one for all of us on this group but I could create one for us for whoever is interested. To those that are interested in a WhatsApp group private message me your what’s app number.
  7. NVC research email me back Oct 3rd and said they have my petition and are waiting to put it into the system. They responded to my inquiry email address middle of October and said that they didn’t have it and then a few days later NVC research said that they did have it. Who knows at this point what the truth is.
  8. They told me that too in one email but then the other two say they did receive it 🤦🏻‍♀️ who told you that information?
  9. Congratulations!!! Thank you for letting us know. God please please let us be next. 😣
  10. Does anyone know exactly what documents will be approved for the proof of income with the affidavit of support? Is it a tax return from our salary from last year? Or something we have to provide for this year?
  11. Just got this message this morning from an email inquiry I requested on September 30th. This was a response from TSGSystem@tsg.state.gov Dear Sir/Madam: Thank you for your inquiry. 12. The wait times are far beyond anything I ever expected. At this point I'm thinking I should have just tried to stay in Turkey and did the marriage route. A complete waste of people's life is what it is. Now we have a daughter who is 5 months old and still hasn't met her dad. Plane tickets are outrageous to add to this complete nonsense. ABSURD!
  13. Hey, y'all. I'm sorry if this is repetitive but I was wondering how most people are being contacted from NVC? I see most people are being contacted by email but I was wondering if maybe snail mail/ post office mail might be another way they are attempting to notify us, perhaps without an email? Our NOA2 was August 18th. We still have yet to receive anything from NVC besides one email response to one my request to NVC research. They stated they had our petition and was still in process of assigning us a case number.
  14. Our NOA2 was approved on August 18th. I emailed NVC questioning the status of our case on September 30th. I received an email response from NVC research which stated that they had received our petition on October 3rd, however, I have no proof it is there and if this is accurate. I have yet to receive anything in the mail from the NVC. The email stated they will send detailed instruction to me soon but still have not received anything. We have a daughter now and her dad has yet to meet his daughter. So disappointed in our immigration system...
  15. Our NOA2 was provided on August 18th. I emailed the NVC and they replied that they have not yet received our notice from USCIS. They stated it may take up to 6 weeks. With that being said I’ll be emailing again after next week for an update. More waiting time ahead I suppose >:/
