  1. This was my first knowing they have my case. I just email them again on Saturday October 8 and they gave me that answer today

  3. My noa2 is august 15 and I send an inquiry to Nvc already they said they received my case still waiting for my case number
  4. So you got your case number on September 2nd and after a week it was in transit is that right ?

  7. 09/18/2022 I send an inquiry through the public inquiry on Sunday I received an answer today 09/19/222 Dear Sir/Madam: The National Visa Center (NVC) recently received your immigrant visa petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems. Since your case is not in our systems yet, we cannot make updates. As soon as your case is in our systems, we will send a Welcome Letter and instructions. Then, if you still need help updating your case, you can contact us by using one of the methods listed on https://nvc.state.gov/ask. For current processing times, please visit our website: https://nvc.state.gov/timeframes for English or https://nvc.state.gov/plazos for Spanish. If your petition was approved before the dates NVC is working on, please resubmit your inquiry. You can also begin to familiarize yourself with the documents NVC will request at that site.
  8. Sorry about I understand your frustration they are really not helping our case is not fair at all
  9. Yes call them as soon as possible in the morning and when you call the number say info pass so you can talk to someone directly
  10. They send me my RFE in my email within minutes after talking to them on the phone they send me the form as a pdf and I printed it
