I'm going because I want us to see in person and try to work things out, as the process took three years and been two years we seen. And after my arrival if she didn't want things work out I can still  find my way around in the USA,  but my major concern is, is there anything she may do like sending email to uscis or something that could stop them from allowing me entry into the USA.? Has my visa already issued.

Wifey told you it’s “ too soon” to come to her after three years of being apart and gave a very odd / vague reason plus  her timing is off , considering she surely just helped you prepare for  the IV interview.

Did she say anything else that could give you a clue as to why she changed her mind ?

Can you share any details that would clarify what may have happened, it could help you come to a decision if you are willing to risk  getting on a plane.

But to answer your questions, YES she can call / email the embassy, CBP and if she says things

like “ fraud, he used me..he only wants green card…or such”…then you risk being denied entry , stuck in custody til they put you on a flight back.

And to answer the question you posted on another thread, YES, they can  ask about the wife and could call her at POE .

Especially as this just happened to an applicant from Nigeria where the USC was a little iffy on the relationship:

Uncanny, how many similarities between the two ( same country, same last minute change of heart, same passionate camps of opposing opinions and devils advocate positions) even though OP is the scorned spouse!

Come ASAP. As someone said, try to be as normal as possible so immigration has no reason to give her a call when you arrive at the airport. That is very important. Once you clear immigration you’re home free as Americans will say. Make sure you have contact of a couple of people who will be willing to take you in if she tells you to leave once you show up. You’re not a piece of trash to be thrown away on the whims of your wife at the last minute. Relocating to another country, you may already have resigned your job etc etc.

Fifteen years ago someone I knew did the same thing to her immigrant spouse (telling him to wait) while she had surreptitiously contacted the US embassy to revoke his visa. Her excuse to me was she had discovered a medical condition he had that would make having children with him an irresponsible choice. Unfortunately in his case the visa was revoked before he could travel.

Often these sort of impromptu fights or outburst may result in remorse later when they reconcile again but too late due to visa validity. So OP going to the US at this point is not illegal or illogical. When they are together and the petitioning spouse really feels like divorcing, it's ok but there is a chance they could be together as well. If it results in divorce down the road, in fact both being present in the US makes divorce go smooth.

Pleas advise. I got my cr1 visa issued, but my wife now wants us to go our seperate ways, as she complained I'm coming too soon, but I believe that's just an excuse she doesn't want me to come to her. But pleas can I still make entry into the USA?. Pleas advise how I can go about this.

Are you close to 2 years of marriage?  If so, then waiting until after your anniversary would be beneficial.

Too much of a close call if the wife decides to contact CBP in the meantime…
