F1 Student Visa Canceled and 5 years re-enter the US ban! HELP ME!

It is an attempt to shop for any type of visa just to enter the US.  To enter the US, you need to have an underlying basis first, and then seek the appropriate visa, not the other way around.

So you basically are admitting to having asked an employer to apply for a green card for you or a work visa, when you are on an F1 but you need to be full-time student and cannot work outside of the university (unless you use CPT or OPT post-grad but it's very limited)

And I'm sorry, but employers don't go offering jobs to random students. You should have said that you are a full-time student and you would contact them when you finished your degree. If they wanted you to work illegally, then it was not something useful for your field of study. A reputable employer is not risking hiring someone illegally unless is like dishwasher or something like that.

 

For 26 years old you sound very naive or unaware of basics of what a full-time student is. I recommend you study in another country. You won't be able to come back for 5 years.

 

Maybe this place where you were studying has online classes or the new university can accept some of your credits. Or if your university as a "college abroad" program or exchange program, you could see if you can take classes at other universities that could count towards your degree (if you have very little left, this could be an option). Most reputable universities have exchange programs.

Marrying for the purpose of obtaining an immigrant visa is fraud.

Excellent point.  Any legitimate H1B employer would not ever do this.

OP, if you are in Germany, I suggest the Paris Conservatory, one of the best music schools in the world.  There are also many others throughout Europe you could apply to and attend.

so u didn't have the I 20 from school/college to show at POE and were denied for 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) Inadequate Documentation | Visa refusal

and they suspected u were coming for work

I was 24 when i got a 5 year ban in 2015. Also an F1 but for a less egregious violation. Also in LA funny enough. You can check out my post which details what happened over those 5 years. You will have to wait out the ban. I understand your frustration BUT dont waste any more money on applications or lawyers, i tried all of it, it wont work. Once my 5 years was up I came back and finished my degree and am on OPT. So far i have not had the ban affect my time here in the US. You need to do your best to move on with your life. 

 

One thing ill add is that you are making the same mistake in your post that got you the ban. You want to be in the US no matter what and it sounds like you're willing to break the law to do it. Not a good look.
