Greetings all!

Does anyone have the total counts for I129F applications submitted from March 2021 to December 2021, and how many are left for each month.

Assuming about 100 approvals per day, how long until they start processing/reviewing December 2021 cases.

Thanks!

Each month has about 2k to 3k cases, approximately.

Got it.

Has anyone calculated the average case approvals per day for say the past couple weeks.

Trying to calculate at the given rate how long till they hit Dec 2021 cases.

As they're currently processing April and May, you can check their forums about the daily pace. It's about 100 to 150 cases per day, but that really varies. Folks are receiving their NOA2 with 390-410 days of waiting, which is about the 13 months average uscis says in their website.

Good afternoon, everyone. Happy Father's Day to the fathers in the house. I am new but I have been following this forum for the past 6 months since I have decided to take my relationship to my boyfriend to the next step and apply for him to join me in the United States. I know it is going to be a long ride. I have also recently applied for a tourist visa for him to come and spend sometimes with me since I am working but it was denied last week. I was in Cameroon in November 2021 to see him. Ok nice to meet all of you and I will keep you posted.

yes,  in countries where the couple is expected to have children and the older woman is not of child bearing age

other ,  anything with over 10 year age difference is suspect to CO in interview

Mine is 15 Dec 2021 NOA1 Receipt Date
I kind of wish we could count on there being 2k-3k cases per month being processed ....
Especially if they were being processed in order of receipt.

The sad reality is that the USCIS has been running a significant deficit (receipts versus processed). since the beginning of Calendar year 2021 (Fiscal Year Q1 2021 actually ends December 2020).  As you can see here on VisaJourney, K1 applications for Russia, Ukraine, and some close regions are jumping ahead in line taking only a few months to process.
There is no way to determine if the 5k-6k per quarter have 10%, 20% or more of them being these accelerated processing.

Both my (and Visa Journey's estimate) for My December 2021 NOA1 to be Adjudicated to NOA2 is sometime late Feb 2023 to March 2023.
Feel really, really bad for anyone just starting this process  as the backlog has more than doubled from when we filed.
