As for grouping, I think similar to the other posts, batches case numbers in groups of ~500-1000 makes sense. 
That said, does anyone December have case numbers:
Greater than WAC2290036355
Smaller than WAC2290024000

There are some mixed November and Jan that might get into the mix but I think that is the major range.
Let me know if you fall outside of this range.  (I will try to filter out as many Nov and Jan as I can but I suspect that a few might slip through)
 

Are you still looking for specific case numbers? Would be willing to send in message if so.

For everyone else, if your receive date is within December (not the NOA1 date but the receive date) and you are outside of the range 

of  WAC2290024000 - WAC2290036355 then feel free to send me the case number (as a message) and I will investigate 
around then to see if I missed any of December.  Also making this a public post in the group.

It has been a crazy long process with 310 days so far for me.

 

Keeping optimistic and tracking down as much information as possible while maintaining hope that things work towards a successful conclusion.

 

(kinda wish I could bill back the married filing jointly difference to the US Government and state of California as the difference in taxes between being single and married filing jointly is huge)

(other thought, if she was only allowed to visit that would be a bonus .... alas, Brazil with no visa or option to even come as a tourist) ...

Script is set to scan at 1am PST Saturday ... Checking the August board there is daily activity there but still > 2600 to process for August Filers ... doesn't seem they have touched hardly any in September so it will be a while before they really start doing anything for us in december

Also waiting for Q4 service wide all forms data to be published to see if they have foowed through with any more processing capability.

There is someone running the august message board with similar (but maybe not as quite comprehensive statistics) ... They do post from time to time the number of "untouched cases".  I had found that a missing data point in June/July filers board hence I built my own script for us guys.   

One of the biggest challenge is getting a good initial data set which separates out the months filers and filters out the random data.  
Also a reason I got started early for our group.

 

Feel free to google search for "August 2021 k1 filers visajourney" and you'll find their board.
They do regular (maybe too regular) updates there and only ~80 cases on average per day have any activity.
