Our journey with the NVC is a bit messy.
USCIS told us through a call that our case has been sent there on September 20th.
We received an email from the NVC saying that our case was there on September 29th.
We asked for help at the Senator Rick Scott's website, his office contacted the NVC and they replied saying our case had arrived there on October 5th.
I was able to schedule my interview two days after it was in transit.
My medical appointment was scheduled for December 1st (Brasilia).
CEAC STATUS:
Approved: right after the interview.
Issued: the following day of the interview.
Wedding date: Jan 28th 2023. |

My appointment was scheduled for 8am, arrived there 1h earlier and had all my papers on the assigned order that they requested. I was interviewed about 9h30am and it didn't take too long. Really straightforward. They asked me if I ever had broken the law, gotten married before or if my fiancé had. Asked me about our wedding date and said the visa was approved! |

Timeline Comments: 6Same this happened to me. I sent an email to NVC asking about my petition and then 10 days later they emailed me saying that they received my petition from USCIS. Now I just have to wait for them to assign me a case number and so on. I'm just so happy to finally be here at this point 😊ðŸ™ðŸ¿

Congrats on getting approved. Quick question: How long did it take to get your Visa packet after the interview?
I'm still waiting for their email requiring me to schedule it
