  1. Yes, once NVC provides you with your case number. You can check your status online. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker
  2. I just checked. My case is now in ready status. The embassy has received the petition. We can now schedule the interview. Good Luck everyone!
  3. NVC sent my attorney and email with a letter attached. NVC has receive my petition from USCIS. We have our case# as of today. Per the letter, they will send the petition to the embassy and that process can take a few weeks.
  4. Send them an email on the 10th. Mention it has been 60 days. I also attached my I-797 approval as well. I guess it is taking about 60 days for them to receive the petitions.
  5. NOA2 3/3/23 I sent an email to nvcresearch@state.gov yesterday. I received this response today: To Whom it Concerns: The National Visa Center (NVC) recently received your immigrant visa petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems. As soon as your case is in our systems, we will send a Welcome Letter and instructions. Then, if you still need help updating your case, you can contact us by using one of the methods listed on https://nvc.state.gov/ask.
  6. I'm hoping as well. Again, thank you for creating this for our group.
  7. Thank you for the update. I also requested to Expediate and was rejected. Although Haiti is currently in a civil war and the Country is in complete lockdown. It's complete anarchy over there. Just recently my fiancé was attacked and injured by rioters while trying to get some food. I'm so worried for his safety and I just don't know what to do at this point.
  8. Wow! Thank you for creating this for our group. 1) Yes 2) Yes 3)I think your suggestions makes sense.
  9. Good Morning,

Thank you for responding to my post.

I was wondering if you can provide me with the contact information you have for the embassy in Haiti.

  10. Thank you everyone. I guess it's best to continue with the K1.
  11. Hello All, I'm a December filer. Any new updates from anyone?
  12. Ok, that's good news. That should be easy to complete. May you please update your timeframe. My fiancé is also in Haiti and I'm curios on how long this whole process will take from each step.
  13. Ask your fiancé to take a picture of the letter the embassy provided him today. That letter will have a check mark next to the line the denial is applicable to. I remember seeing this same question from another OP a couple of weeks ago. She uploaded the actual denial letter and I seen a check mark or an x next to the applicable line.
  14. Thank you everyone for your suggestions.
  15. Hello All, I submitted our K1 in Dec/2021. The process is taking longer than what we expected. We really want to get married and start a family asap. We were thinking of getting married now at his home Country and apply for the 1-I30 visa. My questions to you: -Will we have to withdraw the K1 application? -Will the processing time start from zero? -Is it worth doing as far as timeframe?
  16. I-129 F Sent - December 7, 2021 I-129 F Received - December 9, 2021 I-129 F - Notice Date - December 16, 2021
