Actually, it appears they were married in Guam in 2019 based on the cover letter provided.  I agree with the comment on the bank statements.

I'm so used to ROC taking years so I thought they had filed a long time ago, and by that, also married along time ago. 😆

They should still be able to send the 2020 transcript with the RFE response.

Your evidence focused too much on the wedding, and not on the marriage, living together and comingling your finances.

Are household expenses paid from the joint account?

Do you have joint health insurance? Life insurance?

Have your parents draw up a lease, or have them write a statement that you are both living with them.

Also include your 2020 tax transcript.

You evidence lacks financial comingling and proof of shared residence. Have your parents or your husbands parents write a lease. Show bills with both names on it. Send the 2020 tax return. If you do have health insurance, go ahead and send that. Vehicle insurance, retirement accounts, etc.

What we can think of is as follows:
 1. Because we live with our parents and there is no proof of renting an apartment, is it okay to fill in the proof of living with Mayor's Office?
 2. In the financial section, add a joint credit card with the same card number (my and my husband’s) and consumption details. Can the bill not show my name?
Internet fees, garbage fees, insurance fees, and household expenses are all paid by this credit card. Is this evidence enough?
 3. The tax bill just filed this year
What else should we add in order to be sufficient, thank you everyone

I am afraid you are missing the point. Bills should be on both your names, to prove financial comingling. Maybe he can add you?

Not if the credit card is only on his names. Call each company and have him add you to the account. It shouldn’t take a long time.

 2. I am a housewife and I have almost no letters and packages. What else can I prepare?  Most of them are husband's names, and my English is not good.

Which is exactly why your husband should also have an account here and be as invested in your process as you are.

Just another random guy from the internet with an opinion, although usually backed by data!

I received the REF today. I don’t know what information should be completed. We live with our parents. There is no utility bill. The phone bill is also with my mother. The mother of the car buys it for me. The user is my husband and I, so the car insurance is available.  Our name, what should I do?

You'll have better luck receiving advice if you start your own thread and include a picture of your RFE letter, concealing any personal information.

And added to that, and for all future ROC filers (myself included): actively collect evidence as soon as your conditional gc is approved. ROC can be a pain in the neck, but it can actually be easier if you collect evidence mindfully and little by little.

The letter said that you are missing important evidence that show you both live together. Cause this is i-751, you should send more evidences:

1 At least 2 year joint tax return script. You only provide 2019, you should have 2020 in your hand.

2 Bank account is under your and your husband's name.

3 A leasing agreement from your parent, the rental could be very cheap.

4 No utility bill, but you have the car insurance. Or do you have the health insurance? You may have a life insurance as well.

5 The child's information. If you are pregnant, provide the doctor statement.

If you have nothing new to send, you may face the interview or denial of your application.

consider drawing up simple wills/living wills

This.  Consider drafting wills, medical powers of attorney, and similar documents.  These make excellent evidence for ROC, and they're even more crucial to have in "life."

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
