N400 March 2021 Filers

Wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as us.

We filed for my wife's N-400 back on 3/29/21. 

Biometrics completed 6/2/2021.

(co-processing I-751 from 3/2020) biometrics same day.

No new updates since then.

Made repeated calls to the service center and told case had been sent to the Houston Office.

Requested case update twice with zero response from Houston office.

 

Seeing on visa journey that May2021 filers cases are being worked and many Mar2021 filers have already had their interviews and oath taking ceremonies.

Wondering what is going on and what we can do to find out? what can we do to kick start it?

 

any usable suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday completed our path through immigration and citizenship.  Interview was scheduled for 1:00pm, called in at 1:20pm, finished at 1:35pm.  The interviewer was straight and to the point, started by first completing the civics questions and stopped after the 6th (for anyone curious questions were:  What does the constitution do?, What is one thing Benjamin Franklin is known for?,  When was the constitution written?, Name one American Indian tribe in the United States., Who wrote the Declaration of Independence?, and There were 13 original states.  Name three.), then some of the yes/no questions, updates to employment and travel history, then the reading portion (What month is Columbus Day?), then the written portion (Washington D.C. is the capital), then a quick wrap up and done.  Was told to come back at 2:45pm for a Same Day Oath Ceremony, which didn't take place until about 3:15, Certificate of Naturalization received and process now complete.

Congratulations. I did mines last Monday but didn’t do my oath ceremony. Still waiting on the date. I had a 1:30 appointment but didn’t get called in until 2:50. At that time there was two individuals who had interviewed and waited for their 2:45 ceremony. Was a pity I didn’t do my interview in time.m because there was five of us who sat waiting to be interviewed and they all did there’s an left while I had to sit and wait almost 1 1/2 hours.

N400 approved. Same day oath ceremony. This website has been such a wealth of information. My immigration journey has officially ended. God bless the US of A.

FINALLY received my interview notice! New Orleans office here, applied March 25, 2021 and received biometrics reuse the following day. It feels unreal that this is almost over!😁

 

Anyone know if NOLA field office does same day oath ceremonies? I requested a name change, will that affect same day oath ceremonies?

Just an update on my case, 

I filed in March 2021 and had my interview last week. The interview went smoothly and after answering the 6 questions, the interviewer told me that I have passed and then moved to the YES/NO questions. He added some travel updates, but his system was so slow that it took 40 minutes to do that. In the end, he congratulated me and said he wants to give me a date for the oath ceremony but he couldn't because of his system. We waited 10 minutes, but it didn't happen. He gave me a congratulation and approval letter and said a letter with the oath date will be mailed to me. 

However, on Monday my case was updated three times from "in the list for oath" to "case was submitted for quality review based on an approval". I have no clue what to do next.

What time in the day was your interview and when did it actually start and complete?
