Did anybody go to a congressman to speed up their LIN case?

It did work for me the time when I was on K-1 and needed Advanced Parole.

Congressman only works if there is something out of norm happening only with you. So going there just because Its taking a while to get your greencard (just like everyone else) wont work. Anyways, just got my 24 month extension. Btw the 24 month extension from from the expiration date of the greencard or it 18 month (original extension) + 24 months?

24 months from the expiration of the green card, it is stated in the letter with bold line

Hi all, my husband's case status just updated to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

 

NOA-1/11/2021

Biometrics-5/24/2021

Case status updated to: "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"- 11/10/2021

 

I know it's gonna be a long wait for us because we are at MSC.. but thought I'd share an update.

We filed Back in February got the 10 year gc in April. WAC filer. Do an info pass, if it’s taking too long start naturalization.
