Hey all! I just sent out my WORK AUTHORIZATION EAD RENEWAL FORM. It was delivered to USCIS on Friday 1/22/21 at this address with UPS.

USCIS
Attn: FBAS
131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

We ALSO filled out a G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance Form but still no word yet. I know it's only been 3 business days but when we sent in our AOS last year it only took them 3 days to notify us that they got it. Just wondering if anyone else experienced similar circumstances.

1 month to get NOA1.

We're in a similar situation. Sent our renewal packet for our combo card (EAD/AP) on Sat Jan 1/16 with the G-1145, delivered 1/19 and haven't gotten any texts or mail yet. We sent it to the lockbox address though:

Just trying to be patient as always lol

Omg yay! Finally! Congratulations! 🎉

Thank you!! It took almost 12 months for it to be approved, but hopefully (and I really do emphasize hopefully) this means I won't have to go through the EAD/AP renewal, as it doesn't expire until 2022 now. Trying to look on the bright side here, haha :D

Thanks!! Yea it took just under a year for the EAD/AP to be approved, which is just insane. We just celebrated our first wedding anniversary so it's unlikely that we'll be eligible for the 10 year green card without going through ROC; at that point, our AOS will have taken almost two years, as we filed about a month after our wedding.

Hopefully we all get scheduled soon and can return to some normalcy, until ROC.

Green card was delivered today after the interview on February 3rd.

Getting an RFE in June for the I-944, even though we filed for AOS before the rule went into effect, was hard and it felt like the process would never move forward after that.

It’s a huge relief to put it behind us until ROC.

Wait, I must have missed something -- you guys got RFE'd for the I-944 even though you submitted prior to the date? How did you handle that? Did you just submit it or did you provide proof that you submitted prior to the deadline?

Congratulations on your approval, by the way!! It must be such a relief to be finished this step of the process :)
