Did you file for Citizenship and ROC? 

If so, the notice is self explanatory.  Both have been approved and since Citizenship outweighs ROC, you won't get 10 year GC...Basically, you're all set as a natuaraluzed citizen

You will be scheduled for the oath ceremony, and get your citizenship.

Wait for the oath notice.

i was Scheduled for N-400 Application interview back in april 8 2020 . But due to covid-19 its was cancel . After that i,getting this mail .

I have seen several people get the same notice in error. Call USCIS tomorrow and verify it. The people who received those recently called USCIS and were told it’s an error, the N-400 is not approved until the interview has been done.

Such Gross Negligence at USCIS seems to be common now a days.

Yeah, that's weird, as the N400 is approved during/after the interview.

We got this exact letter but we had the N-400/I-751 Combo interview. Even though it says no 10 year card will be sent it cane a week later. then 2 months later the Oath ceremony was scheduled for July 8th.

 

So just an error on their part just call.

You can get your N-400 application approved with undergoing the interview process or filling in the application. I would advise you call USCIS and ask what's your file to know what's up before coming to any conclusion that might turn up to hurt you in the future because of negligence.
