You are not alone,I filled my case in October  I received 18 months extension  and transfer to NBC letter within 2 weeks since then there is no update

Wow it seems like LIN is really waking back up! There was just a MASSIVE backlog of Biometrics Waivers which were cleared for those of us from Mid-Nov through Dec. and now it seems like they are getting on to approving people! Did they not waive your biometrics or if so when did they waive it?

Mine were waived back in December! I hope they really are moving faster than expected

Oh really? For some reason I thought interviews are mostly waived (unless there’s some fraud seen in the case) in all service centers..

Interviews from my understanding were waived most likely due to the pandemic- though now as things are coming back to normal it was a ####### shoot on who got interviewed and who is waived as prior to the pandemic. So far I think I am the only one who posted an actual interview- and no it’s not a fraud concern flagged interview nor have I heard of such - can you elaborate where you might have seen that?

@Mark_712 I think this article explains it nicely. https://citizenpath.com/avoiding-i-751-interview/ Apparently, they assign fraud levels to every case. However, they also interview cases that do not have any fraud concerns. And that's expected. That is good quality assurance. I would not be worried.

I surprisingly received my 10yr GC yesterday! I didn’t get any notifications, it just showed up in the mail! So happy to be done with this. LIN filer, hoping that the rest of you get yours soon!!
