Right, partially.

USCIS won't go back on any already-approved I-130s, but the consular officers are/will be within policy guidelines to request this document and supporting evidence once DOS releases its formal update.

Read some more details here, a document punished before the injunctions struck and were struck down (and therefore becomes current data once again): https://www.ilrc.org/sites/default/files/resources/final_pal_dos_public_charge_ds-5540.pdf

Got it! 👍

My husband had is interview Monday, got his Visa Thursday. Crossed the border with his car yesterday with no issues at all. He had all his boxes labeled and they didn’t even want to look. He was able to bring his car across. We are waiting on letter from Volkswagen stating it is USA certified and he can take it with the form the CBP officer gave him to our airport and import it. He didn’t have to prove car was paid off. They didn’t even ask. All went well and the officers were really great and told him Welcome to the USA Sir. Hard to believe we have finished this process. For now. Citizenship in 3 years. Thank you all for your help answering questions and support along the way. So helpful to be able to talk to people that get it and understand all the forms and lingo.

Congrats to him!

As for the car, when he needs to register and insure it in the State, he will have to prove there is no outstanding lien against it.  Its a felony to falsify that information (I posted it before).

On another note, everyone might find this interesting.  I kinda feel like the government has 2 choices - 1) spend a fortune and bail out the airlines or 2) begin using some logic and find a solution.  Other countries have.

Same for my wife. Her medical was late.

Thankyou. I had to do my medical again, my old was expiring, so they had to update the new medical.

It’s all on the spreadsheet. Dec 2019/Jan 2020 are the next group who will get interviews.
