"This proclamation shall expire on December 31, 2020, and may be continued as necessary"

Could be translated to : " This proclamation shall expire on December 31, 2024 ", if our beloved President get re-elected again.

Well then you need to look at when the inauguration date is.  It isn't in 2024.

You saying basically that embassies are allowed to go solo interpreting the EO and deciding who to issue k1 and who not to issue?

Someone here from Australia got her K1 issued after that EO. She had an expedited Interview but it was definitely issued after the EO was in effect.

I'm sure you'll be fine, a girl from Spain entered via way of Mexico (Cancun I believe) and had no issues getting in.

I've seen a few. I just have anxiety so I worry. I am traveling with my K2 and it is two flights to even get to port of entry and then two more to get to my fiance so.. A stressful time!

Am I understanding this right, that spouses of LPRs are not allowed to continue the immigration process?

The process yes. Ironically we got DQ at NVC stage today, only hours before the extension of the came out. Now waiting for a hopefully soon scheduled citizenship interview. I wish to become a citizen within the next months, so I can vote 🥶

Stephen Miller and his BS again...This is unreasonable and unproductive to say the least....K1's cannot work for 6 months or more so how do they affect american jobs?

K-1 doesn’t appear to be affected.
