Same thing here, I don’t know if their network is going through upgrading or I have problem in my application. Pls keep me posted and I will do same

I have the same issue since last week. I spoke with a level 2 officer to confirm they did receive my case and about the error; they said it could be because they are going through system updates. You can also call the customer service line to check your case status which would probably show the same info as the old case status site.

Hello. Do you still don’t see any document in myaccount.uscis portal? I have same issue...have NOA1 online but no documents, however I definitely submitted them. Sent the request via portal but got strange response like “we weren’t able to call you, submit new request blablabla”...

This is dated July 15th for the 2021 Fiscal year. I haven't heard any official announcement that they are reversing the furloughs even though they found a surplus for the rest of the 2020 fiscal year.

Good day all, my case is different. I got divorced with my US citizen wife January 2016 owing to her abusiveness on me, and thereafter via my attorney I filed for Removal of condition on my expired 2 year green card. I have been stuck 5 years now waiting in vain for my 10 years green card. I filed March 2016 for change of condition of Residence and till date never gotten my 10 years. Can I file for my Citizenship without me getting 10 years green card? Each time I ask USCIS they tell me they are still doing background checks. They have told me this same thing 5 years now. Am thinking of going ahead to file for my Citizenship which I think would likely make them open up my case. I think 5 years is way long over due. Any input on this guys? Tnx.

Oh wow, they're really backed up, aren't they. I wonder when June filers will hear about biometrics then.

 

Please keep us posted on yours! That will allow us to get an idea of where they are in processing their backed up workload.

FYI - I had the 'User defined Error / Validation Error' on USCIS case tracker app for the past 2 weeks (everything looked fine online), and yesterday it changed back to the 'Case Received' status. So looks like they're taking care of technological errors.
