Got NOA1 hard copy in the mail as well. Only 11* more months to go 😭😂😭😂

01/2016: Petition filed for my visa
02/2016: USCIS confirmed receiving our file/petition on 1st Feb.
04/2016: I-130 Approval email received from DHS towards early May, our case was approved end of April. 
03/2017: Paid AoS and IV Bill
03/2017: Sent AoS and IV Packages via mail.
04/2017: 5th day of April, NVC received package. Can take up to 11 weeks for CC according to nvc.

06/2017: 6th day of June, Case Completed - confirmed via phone

07/2017: Interviewed end of July 2017.

>> Passport with Visa received the next day of interview 

8/2017: POE via JFK


05/2020: N400 Filed

06/2021: Biometrics taken

02/2022: Interview Scheduled (Yes, after 22 months -.- )

Same here, not expecting a biometrics appointment anytime soon. For some reason that still doesn't stop me from logging into my USCIS account once every weekday to see if there's a new update. I'm normal like that.

Personally, I wouldn't bother about that estimated wait time. Based on what it says above it, I think it might be the time that they need to review what you've submitted in order to determine if they need any additional documents from you or if any info is missing. On another hand, it might mean that they will schedule your biometrics within 15 days but I highly doubt that. As of today, mine says 5 days so I guess we will see what happens in 5 days 🤷‍♀️

May 11, 2020 A hard copy of NOA was received

December 22, 2020 Biometric reuse notice was issued

December 31, 2020 A hard copy of the biometric reuse notice was received

February 4, 2021 Received an update online that the interview is scheduled for March 16th

February 8, 2021 A hard copy of the interview letter was received

March 16, 2021 The interview was completed successfully 

March186 2021 The Oath Ceremony and the end of my immigration journey 😊

just not happy of 12M estimated time.

I am eligible to file on the 16th based on the 3 year rule. My I-751 is still pending. On the application I had to upload required evidence (Permanent resident card, marriage certificate, 3 years of tax returns and evidence of children) which I uploaded. Then there is an additional evidence section.

 

My questions is, what do I need to upload? Is this basically the same proof/evidence of a bonafide marriage I would of sent in with the I-751 but updated? Pictures, shared assets, ID's, bills, never ending list lol etc..

That's what I did, yes. I uploaded a big chunk of what I had already sent for ROC (not all of it) and then everything I could think of from the date I filed the ROC up until filing the N-400, as that would be all new evidence.

Us, too! Online status for I-751 changed to "interview ready to be scheduled" on Wednesday, but with the current USCIS field office closures, it's hard to say when that will happen. Still, better to get the process started for N-400--maybe they'll be adjudicated at the same time, as has happened for others.

Got approved for I-751 on May 6th, 2020. No interview, thank God! 
Filed for N-400 yesterday!! (May 15th, 2020).
