It does say "email was sent" in the online status but just like you I never received an email other than the payment confirmation. I filed on Friday and my receipt notice was uploaded in the documents tab today.

The estimated time that is below the case status could possibly be for biometrics (amount of days until it's being scheduled?), I don't know. Mine says 25 days, seems a little too long for NOA1 hardcopy?

Hi all. Applied yesterday online. Estimated case complete says December 2020 but we’ll see how that goes with the pandemic.

looking forward to getting this done!

I'm in the last stages of getting ready to submit my online application.
Decided to upload a few more bits of additional evidence as I guess it can't hurt -
- Husband's and my last 2 DL's that span from the year we got married until now, two each, (the ones from the same 5 year span are on the same jpg scan) to show that we've lived at the same residence since being married
- 5 years of tax return PDFs.
Would those help us in the long run? They are both things that are easily accessible/to attach so I figured why not. :)

Just make sure to upload every evidence only when you're ready to click "submit". Several of us have had issues with the uploads not saving, so every time we log in the uploads are gone again.

The DLs show that you were/are living on the same address, or at least are registered on the same address. That's something most people add when they need to show evidence of bonafide marriage (co-habitation), so that's good. When filing online they specifically ask for tax return transcripts, so that's a given. 👍

Has anyone come across this issue when filing the N400 / citizenship form online on the USCIS website?

I filled in everything however after submitting the form, now that I download the 'N400 application snapshot' file that is available here:

I see no mention of the dozens of documents I uploaded, even the page that is supposed to list all my prior addressed, it only shows a single address and that is the oldest one when I was abroad (I have 5 in total - 4 in US addresses, 5th one abroad-, and one abroad address - since they ask for 5 years of history even though I'm filing based on 3 years rule)

Yes, happens a lot, it's a glitch. Make sure you use Internet Explorer (or Microsoft Edge or whatever it's called these days), and only upload the documents once you're ready to click "submit". Everything uploaded will disappear if you log out, they won't be there next time you log in. So only upload everything right before you click submit, and use Internet Explorer.

My main issue was with the required documents, they didn't want to stick so just to make sure USCIS would get them, I uploaded them both under required evidence and under additional evidence. I'd rather see them having two copies of each required evidence than none.

Thank you. Do you see your uploads/documents show in the Case Snapshot file?

I saw a ton of issues with uploads disappearing as well so I did all the work in internet explorer 11 and  uploaded all documents in one go before submitting. All my documents showed as uploaded and then I submitted the application.

The issue is, they don't show in that case snapshot file now (first Screenshot on my last message).

The only option I see now is the unsolicited docs area where I can upload stuff after having submitted the application but it has a disclaimer that uscis is not required to view these.

Yes I do see my uploads, both under the documents tab on my online account and also on the snapshot.

Sorry for the bad screenshots, I'm on my phone. I uploaded so many documents that they don't fit on the page in the snapshot, only a few of them are visible. I can see all the uploads under the documents tab though (only showing two in the screenshot as that's all that would fit).

Oh man. This is bad news since my case snapshot document shows zero documents. I've uploaded them again in the unsolicited documents area on the same page but they have a clear disclaimer that uscis is not required to view them. I fear I might get a rejection after months of waiting, not to mention lose the $700 fee for no reason.

What should I do? Does uscis take calls during the pandemic?

Other people ha e had the exact same issue and they did what you did - uploaded them after submitting. I'm sure that'll be perfectly fine, they have got to realize by now that their website sucks, and they can't fault you for that. They'll see everything you just uploaded, there's no reason for them to reject anything. I wouldn't worry if I were you.

If you really want to you can also type your own explanation as to what happened, and upload it as a PDF the same way you just uploaded the evidence.
