Hello, if you dont mind , I was wondering how did you find out that your case was transferred to California service center?

I called and asked the agent if my case was transferred; after noticing my case date updated in USCIS for the first time which was Feb 23, 2020.

Thanks, for your reply. I noticed my case updated on May 1st and May 11th. I should call tomorrow to find out if my case was transferred as well.

Received Document Qualified August 12, 2020.

Anything yet

Hello, have you received interview letter? When were you documentarily? Your timeline is a little confusing. You put 5-26-22 for case completed at NVC (documentarily qualified). You also put 5-26-22 for interview letter, but in the comment section you said you were documentarily qualified August 12th 2020.

Hi All! I received the interview letter for my husband via email this morning on 5/26/22. In the letter it mentions that the case is complete at NVC hence the reason for today's date. The case was originally DQ 8/12/2020 in Haiti then we transferred the case to Santo Domingo, DR. December 2021 it got transferred out. Furthermore, we received a new case number December 2021 and we received a new DQ date on 1/3/2022. Best of luck to all on this long tiring journey.

Thanks for the clarification, congratulations and good luck as well.

So you got your interview in Dr

Yes the interview will be in D.R.

Do you have to a permanent resident in D.R to transfer ur case there ?

No my husband has the visa, then he pays monthly rent and utility and check in and out regularly at the border.

Okay thank you
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
