  1. 3yrs for spouses instead of 5yrs for anyone else. "3 Years of Continuous Residence. The spouse of a U.S. citizen residing in the United States must have continuously resided in the United States as an LPR for at least 3 years immediately preceding the date of the filing the application and up to the time of the Oath of Allegiance."
  2. Thank you! If it's in part of the receipt number above the letter of approval then it's MSC, National Benefits Center. Hope that helps. I have honestly lost track of the whole process and had my 3yr mark for eligibility for citizenship marked which was actually now. I was content with my 48 month extension even though it's a little more of a hassle to travel with and makes checking in early almost impossible. Wishing you all luck!
  3. Filed ROC: 10/05/22 Received my 10yr Greencard today. Notice date: 08/20/23 No interview needed at all. It's a pleasant surprise. I was actually planning on applying for my citizenship shortly but may wait a little bit.
