Yes to updates! Very sorry for the delay.

I filed by paper and got a text message with my case number on 02/19 - my case was received on the 12th. I got my NOA1 today.

The case status website says a biometrics appointment has been scheduled but I don't have a date for that yet.

Nothing yet - still no bio letter on the website or the mail. We shall wait.

I don't understand why they tell you that they've scheduled your biometrics but don't give you the actual notice with the date. Instead of doing that, why don't they just wait to tell you that your biometrics has been scheduled when they have the document ready for you to view? Weird.

From what I understand (as I have talked to several USCIS officers today on the phone to try to get clarity about my uploaded files) is that as soon as they send out your notice they will change the status online to 'your biometrics have been scheduled'. It doesn't mean they have sent out the letter yet in the mail but the letter has been generated. So it's a matter of patience before you will get the actual notice with the date. I do not know why that doesn't show under documents immediately. It would be helpful ;)

Damn I was on this website 14 months ago trying to find out about CR1-Visa now I’m back trying to find out about N-400... I would like to find out how long will it take for me to hear back from USCIS after they receive my N-400 application? I don’t know if the process is different because I’m military active Duty or it’s pretty much the same requirements and wait time?

i also would like to find out also if I have to file the  I-751 form if I have already filed my N-400 application...

If you file online for the N400 you will hear back right away.

I’m a little confused on what your basis is for filing the N400. The I-751 is removal of conditions which is from a 2 year conditional green card. You couldn’t file the N400 If you haven’t filed for removal of conditions.. the timeframe doesn’t match. Did you have a conditional or unconditional green card?

Sorry I didn’t mention that I filed my N-400 application on behalf of the military,I have been on active duty 180 days now in which qualified me for expedite naturalization!.

also my application was filed by mail because Uscis don’t process application for active duty military personnel by e-filling..

I understand that it is not as busy at 12 pm on Wednesdays, so if I was you, I would go there around that time on Wednesday and try to do a walk-in.

I went into the spread sheet and tried to re-organize the last 7 rows but it seems like that someone locked it.  I have previously organized it in accordance with the date everyone applied, and it was done upto 2/18.  After that date, it becomes all over the place and I could not re-organize it today just like I did last week.

If you are the owner of the sheet please try to keep up with its organization or please unlock it so that we can make it look organized.

Thanks...
