Several others here and I myself have faced thr same issue. Its a bug with their website. Once you submit the entire application, if you see documents are missing you can go to documents tab and re upload everything.

Part of the USCIS rules regarding the  "interview" and "oath taking" is that the interviewer can arrange the oath taking the same day.  The following is from the rules and regulations:

The notice USCIS sends
you is called the “Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony” (Form N-445). In some cases, USCIS may give you the option to take the oath on the same day as your interview.

Hi,

I was reading on the other forum some USCIS office do have n400 interview and ceremony at the same day. Is that accurate information? Thank you

There are situations in which both interview and oath taking occur on the same day.  In addition,  UCIS has a rule that allows for both to occur almost simultaneously. This following is from USCIS:

"The notice USCIS sends
you is called the “Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony” (Form N-445). In some cases, USCIS may give you the option to take the oath on the same day as your interview."

Sorry, the above was posted inadvertently to the wrong inquiry...Didn't drink my afternoon coffee yet!

Got a status update today that says “case is being actively reviewed by uscis”. Got really excited and thought it was finally a notification/update about the interview, maybe next time and hopefully soon.
