Are you mailing the petition itself, or the documents for your fiancé’s interview?

Letter from Bank signed by Banking Official that states when you opened the account and total amount deposited for the past year and present balances.   I did a lot of additional things that I thought would be helpful to include;

1.  New letter of intent to marry

2.  Listing of all assets and liability

3.  Picture of my house

4.  Life Insurance information

5.  Letter from my Health Insurance Provider stating that I can add my fiance to my policy within 30 days of marriage

6.  Accounting of other money instruments.

I know all of this is not needed, in addition I will be at the interview ready to explain anything that they can come up with.    This battle is almost won and I will take no chance of defeat........

3.  Picture of my house

What is that going to prove? Anyone can send a random picture of a house, that doesn't mean anything.

Don't forget the kitchen sink as you have just about intended to bring everything else. :jest:  BTW, it's not necessary to produce any of the documents you listed above. First your interview will be 5-10 min long. Second, USEM is too busy to entertain those documents. Third, USEM is one of the easiest embassy to process through. Fourth, for about 3+ years now they have not asked for financials so that wheelbarrow full of documents will look a little silly. Most embassy's require the following including USEM for the financials. They may still ask for them but don't be surprise that they don't. Prepare just the same. Lastly, get the P3 instructions that details the required documents and that is just about what they will ask for. P3 for USEM is on the embassy website.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form 1-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form 1-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, value of properties, etc.). You may download the 1-134 affidavit at: https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

This is what the embassy wants. Always make a copy of what you submit for your files. One copy of each is fine for the embassy unless otherwise noted in their instruction letter.

Dear Supreme one, I would rather over-prepare than under.  Yeah my 129F was 287 pages long and the 134 is over 200 pages.  But, I did this on my own and no RFE and the process took less than 6 months.   As far as the house goes it is a valuable

asset, paid for and worth over 485,000.00 USD.  Not bragging just trying to get this over with.

If the house is your primary residence, it does not count as an asset; read the instructions. Even if it would count as an asset, a picture won't mean anything.

There is a risk in sending 100s of pages; if the officer can't easily find the few things they actually need in your piles of unnecessary paperwork, they may send an RFE.

For the Philippines ~

Not only won't the embassy ask for any of that, they will most likely refuse to take any of those documents

Embassy may ask for the I-134 along with a copy of your most recent tax return and W-2.   If a new employee they may want a letter from your employer and copies of pay statements

Everything required, with links to the embassy website, are listed here:  https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html
