Nebraska K3 filers with IOE case number (for I-130)

Supposedly, submitting an I-129F to the Nebraska Service Center after the I-130 submission helps to speed up the approval of the I-130. Although it seems, like no one who received an IOE case number (all I-130’s submitted since July 1st 2019) has had their I-129F denied and the I-130 approved yet.

 

So this forum is for everyone who filed an I-130 (since July 1st 2019), got assigned to the Nebraska Service center, received an IOE case number and then submitted an I-129F (K3). 
 

Please submit the date of

- Your I-130 NOA1

- Your I-129F NOA1

 

and keep us posted as soon as you get a progress on either one of the forms.

I’ll make a spreadsheet to see if there is a pattern.

Good idea to have a separate thread as I believe the IOE receipts will be processed differently so some things won’t apply to those who have the original receipt numbers.

Agree! I wonder what’s the difference between the service centers. E.g. Potomac and Nebraska - what can possibly cause a variance of processing tomes of 9+ months? 
I wonder if they’re just terribly understaffed... 😒🤷🏼‍♀️

Right!  I would like to know how they determine which case gets submitted to what location?  Is it based upon the country of the immigrant, etc?

Determination of workload at the various centers, is my understanding.  In "my" day, it was according to which state the petitioner lived in.

I don't think that is the case anymore.  I live in TX and mine was sent to Nebraska. 😖

My husband and I both live in Switzerland, but he used to live in Texas for many years before  he moved here and we plan to move back to Texas once our visa will be approved. Also I‘ve seen a lot of Texans at the Nebraska service center.

I-130's (3) IOE's PD 7/22 ...... though the received dates 1 was 7/24 and the other 2 were 7/25 (Nebraska)
