Also Nebraska (LIN).

If I see it's Uscis policy to assign the same service center as the i130. I still can't find any experience that shows that it’s working to send the i129F. Good luck. My I130 is also in Nebraska.

Exactly. They always send it to where the I-130 is.

It did work for some, but as of right now (since July and people with IOE case number) nobody had any success with it.
Still the processing times for the I-129F are 7.5 - 9.5 months. So somebody eventually starts looking at our case after 7.5 instead of 12.5 months. If the denial of the I-129F will bring an immediate approval of the I-130 isn’t sure. If it does, I’d be very happy about it and if not, at least we tried.

B&C, we have very similar timelines. I am hoping the exact same thing as well.  Fingers crossed, and good luck.

It’s still showing 7.5 - 9.5 months processing time, but the enquiry date has barely changed but is now early April, I was hoping that we would hear something in our August filed case this side of Easter (as that would be around 8 months)

Still no updates on either of our petitions though, lots from the same date as us in July have been getting their approvals from Texas. It really does suck getting Nebraska 😞

Where you file a I-129F to try to get USCIS to act on your I-130.   I haven't heard much success with that lately.

I haven't see or heard any success Either.  I am wondering, will we see some K-3's actually getting approved in a month or so? Nebraska is showing a processing time of 7.5 to 9.5 months on the I-129F (K3) with some people getting close to that time. or will it finally start to help the I-130's?

Less than 6 K3 got approved last year and all were Latin America.  And for a K3 to be approved the underlying I-130 has to be approved.

The thing was that some people were filing I-129Fs and getting the I-130 approved faster.   That really should never have happened - but it did.  It appears that issue was fixed as no one has reported otherwise in a few months.

The whole I-129f filing to help the 130 get approved faster is not working any more it seems which is kind of unfair to the rest of us in this waiting game at Nebraska. I am happy for those that got approved faster, but at the same time it's  upsetting.  They were saying oh, file the I-129f it will help.  It has not and they've had our 130 since May. I need my husband here. I need knee surgery, and am not able to go there at this time. I know everyone is struggling with how slow Nebraska SC is. I pray something happens soon that helps them to get busy on these petitions. There is no reason for them to be so slow when the other service centers are moving much faster. Just venting. Sorry!

Am I seeing your approval date correct? Your petition was approved 3 days after your NOA1?  That's incredible, but you were not at Nebraska service center. Texas is faster , but your timeline was incredibly fast. Congrats!

We also have Mexican residency.   Being married and living in Mexico meant we would apply at the local (800km away) USCIS field office and skip stateside processing.  There are still 11 offices where you can do this.  Most are closing this year.  https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/international-immigration-offices

We filed on a Friday and was approved Monday.
