Sorry ,

filing AOS this week and just wondering if I have to write in total income for 2nd/3rd most recent years in section 6.b/6.c of I-864 EZ if Providing tax transcripts for 2nd/3rd recent year is just optional?

Thank you!

@LOve17 I believe just the I-485 form was updated and the AOS checklist remains the same! :)

I'm wondering if the AOS approval process gets shortened if the beneficiaries are parents of the petitioner and they're over the age of 65. I think I read somewhere the timeline is cut in half because there is no interview. Does anyone know?

(day 279) Text saying there is an update to our cases, interview scheduled for August 26, 2021 7/29/2021

(day 322) Oath ceremony will be scheduled 9/10/2021

(day 327) Oath ceremony scheduled for Oct 1st 9/14/2021

Hi everybody!!
I mailed my AOS package on October 4th and I'm still waiting.

The credit card we used hasn't even been charged yet, so I'm starting to worry 😫

K1 ajustment of status. According to US Post, the documents made it to USCIS on October 10th. No NOA1 by text, email, or paper in mail yet. Is it ever normal? Don't know anything about check being cashed or not being cashed since used Rapid visa and they paid all the fees.

Mine made it to the USCIS on the 10th too and I received NOA1 yesterday thru mail

Could you advise what can be done about it?

I didn’t do anything just waited but im already in Usa so that might be different.

You will hear from them soon.
I don’t know about Rapid visa or how they work but I’d try to contact them as well just to ask them how long it usually takes to get NOA1 in your situation.
