Update:

09/12/19: Sent AOS package

09/14/19: Package arrived at Chicago.

09/30/19: Received 3 text notification at 10 PM

09/30/19: NOA 1: I-765 'Case Was Received dated' 9/16 (checked status on USCIS site using receipt number)

09/30/19: NOA 1: I-131 'Case Was Received' dated' 9/16 (checked status on USCIS site using receipt number)

09/30/19: NOA 1: I-485 'Fingerprint Fee Was Received' and dated 9/27 (checked status on USCIS site using receipt number)

10/01/19: Check cashed after 12 AM (pending at current time of writing)

10/05/19: Received 3 NOA 1 letters (hard copy in mail)

Received our hard copy NOA1's, waiting for biometrics letter. Should take another week to receive bio letter i'm guessing? Once we receive the letters, is it possible to go in early than appointment date as I've seen others have success?

What's the rush you still have to wait until your interview. Going outside your appointment date and time  does not move your case faster does it? I think they give out appointments for a reason. Just my opinion.

Hey Sarge~ Thanks for the feedback. You're right, i'll stick to the reserved date. Now that we've done everything, my wife did say we only have to wait until the interview and do nothing and she feels free haha :D

the only reason i can see for trying to do biometrics early is if for some reason you are planning to request an expedite for your EaD or AoS since they cant process further without it

RoC sent 10/30/21

NOA 11/16/21

Check Cashed 11/18/21

Biometrics Waived 01/19/2022

Hi all! Is the USCIS 'Submitted date' the same as the AOS 'filed date?' Just wondering so that I'd know whether to follow the September or October filers thread. LOL. We mailed our AOS package on September 25, 2019; USCIS website shows the submitted date as October 1st.

follow both since you might be a tweener, couldnt hurt and you might find some other people in that murky grey area of end of one month/beginning of another so they can give you a more accurate read on your potential processing

RoC sent 10/30/21

NOA 11/16/21

Check Cashed 11/18/21

Biometrics Waived 01/19/2022

That's true, but I was thinking on the line that when you alter something dealing with your case it could possibly mess up things, so if there is no underlying reason to go in before your date and time I would leave it alone and let the case work it's way on its own. We all know how USCIS works so why give them more reasons to mess up.

If those of you that have not changed their filed for status from K1 to Adjustment of status (pending) and you don't know how, click on your avatar then click on edit profile inside there you will see your immigration status and you can change it to AOS pending. Just thought I'd throw that out as it took me forever to figure out how to change from K1 to AOS LOL.

Blaaarg - somehow despite the double-checking I thought we did, we got the filing fee a bit off and they sent it back. I've re-done form and triple checked cost this time, we should be fine long as we post it again asap before Oct 15th right?
