ours was sept 3rd, we're still waiting as well. from all i've read it could easily take another week before we hear something

Package Delivered - January 19, 2023

NOA Date - January 24, 2023

NOA Received - January 27, 2023

Sharing what I got from the NVC website:

I'm not sure how accurate is this though. 

 

Current case creation time frame: As of 16-SEP-2019, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 16-AUG-2019.

Once USCIS approves your I-797, they will send your case to the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing. At NVC, we will create your visa case and enter the data from your petition into the system.

After creating your case, we will send you instructions for processing, as well as a Welcome Letter that includes your Case Number and Invoice ID. You will use these numbers to log into our Consular Electronic Application Center (https://ceac.state.gov).

I got my NOA2 on sept 5th as well! Still waiting for a case number. I called Friday and they still haven’t received it so I’m going to wait till the end of this week before I call again

The google doc is pretty accurate, i haven't seen many people getting the case number before the 4 week mark.... Don't forget to send an email asking them to email you when they receive it and assign a case number...

NVC Received: On my Bday 09/20 

Sent to Embassy: Oct 1st 

Embassy Received: Oct 8th 

Interview Scheduled: Nov 13th!!!!!!!!

CEAC Shows Issued: Nov 19th
