Hi all, does anybody that has filed online know what the estimated case completion time means? Mine says August 2020. Does that mean that my interview will be before or after that date?

Thanks!

It means just what it says, the case is “estimated” to be completed around that time. Interview could be before, it could be after. I would say they’re usually on track with the estimates. Mine was March and was on schedule until Rona happened. Now it says June, so hoping ceremony will be rescheduled for June, providing offices open back up. I imagine they will🙏🏽

My N-400 interview has been cancelled twice. I’m now undocumented but USCIS told me not to worry about it - unless I have to leave the country or change jobs. >.>
