I knew the Jacksonville office was fast, the stats page shows 116 days from application to interview.   So we figured November/December.   Nope !!    Filed on July 20, and just got the updated status.  Have not rec'd the interview date in the mail yet, but the biometrics appt was 17 days after we got the notice.   So I'm guessing interview will be around Oct 14.......86 days.

We'll be getting Green Card before the Travel / Work authorizations.

Will do.   Since we planned on a December interview, we booked tickets and leave Florida tomorrow for a couple of months.   We forwarded mail starting tomorrow, but nothing showed up in the box today.  So we're going to have to wait for the letter, however, not sure when it will show up at the forwarded address.   Looks like this trip will be cut short since we really dread rescheduling.......never know what will happen if we do. This is such a fun process.

Can you tell us when your interview date is?

Got an RFE yesterday for additional proof of my wifes income for affidavit of support. She had just got a new job at the time we filled and was not fully on the payroll at the time. Sending official HR letter and payslips back today.

Does anyone know if this will slow down my EAD or do things usually move pretty fast after an RFE?

From what i have seen it only seems to slow it down until they get your additional proof, once its received they seem to move on as normal, so get that proof to them ASAP.

HELP!...just again. We received notice RFE regarding income and not meeting the income requirement. However, I make over 100K per year so I'm not sure how this doesn't qualify. Could someone shed some light on this?
