Just received my case number --now we wait for the July 9th shipment :)

Did you call the NVC or did they send it to you in a email?

I know this probably has been asked and answered but since we got our case number are we able at this point fill out the ds-160 and schedule the interview ? I understand every embassy is different but not too many answers on our embassy specifically. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

We called yesterday and welp, just as expected, they haven't received yet lol.

I'm really crossing my fingers that we at least get our case number by July 15 so that way we make it for the July 23rd Shipment 😅

Question regarding the D-160 - the US travel history, is that every time you've entered over your lifetime? Including flight layovers? The I-94 online only goes back 5 years and I'm fairly certain, being a Canadian close to a border, I've entered the US at least once a year for the last 33 years 😳

Unfortunately, yes it requires lifetime and it is difficult for a Canadian citizenship, especially through the childhood days, to recall all the travel dates. Most here just supply the guesstimation of month and year coupled with attaching the I-94. Just do the best you can, it is not a deniable offence if you leave out a date or two.

NOA2 6/24

Patiently waiting for my case number to be assigned :)

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

We had a NOA2 date of 11th May, but Our NVC case was only assigned on 20th June. Some see to get the number very quickly for other like myself it took the full 6 weeks advised by the NVC. Just wait and call them every few daysl
