BAFX Products Bluetooth Diagnostic OBDII Reader/Scanner for around $25 was the one I picked up. 

 

It's got some of the best reviews and some good apps available for free though the Google store. There is also an IOS version available. It has the option for live data so you can leave it plugged in and monitor the vehicle as you drive. Clears codes but if the issue is persistent they come back like mine.

Do those things tell you your co2 emissions so you know how many carbon credits to buy from Al Gore to prevent global warming?

For Toyota owners getting MAF related codes or replacing parts and not getting any results, try replacing the intake gasket. It's cheap and easy, and well... after five tries and a stumped mechanic and husband, I looked it up online and pointed it out to the guy and he said it was worth a try. It worked. Seems to be a fault in older Toyotas, especially happens when it goes from warm weather to cold weather. I seem to feel we also had a pcm related error code at the same time as this too, not sure the relation, or if there was one.

Not too sure about Al Gore but I have emailed AOC to find out if it's acceptable for the GND 😜

I've never tried Logan's Rum, but I do like rum in general.  Don Papa rum from the PI is my #1 favorite!
