Funny as your previous posts say you are already in the US on a K1.   So if you are "Asking for a friend" you should already know the drill.

Towards the top left of the site there is a tab called guides. Read that.  It sounds like you haven't applied for the Visa yet.  The petitioner needs to do that.

If your friend recently went through the process (s)he would be a good source of information imo. Anyway, guides and Google are, besides your friend, your best friend.

If you haven't even started the application process, you're WAY ahead of yourself in asking about one-way tickets.

The answers to your questions are easily found by googling, and searching here on VJ, as well as looking at the USCIS website.  You need to empower yourself by reading and researching, rather than relying on internet strangers to provide basic information about the K-1 process.

Stay away from YouTube as then you will be totally screwed up information wise

YMMV

If there's no petition filed yet, why would you be in a rush to know about tickets?  It could take a year or even longer before you even need tickets.

Hello

1 -I want to get the exact infos about the Documents that my US Fiancé need to send me the step before the Interview ,

- These guides should get you jump started. Additionally, check the USCIS website

https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide https://www.visajourney.com/k1-fiance-visa/ https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

2- Can i get one plane ticket one way ?

- Check with airlines that origin from your country. Or come back to VJ in 11+ months time since it's too early to be talking about plane tickets.

3- what estimated processing time to get the Visa k1 - Currently taking 11+ months.

4- How  much the medical exams will cost me ?

-Check with the medical facilities in your country. Or come back to VJ in 11+ months time since it's too early to be talking about medicals

5-Any idea about where I can make the Medical exams?

- Too early to talking about medicals. But you can check here and look for Tunis.

Wish you all the best of luck , Thanks

Good luck
