    We have the tracking number of the green card from the USPS its says was delivered today but nothing in the mailbox , cause i think the USCIS forget to add the Apt number to the address Could we go to pick it up from the local post office tomorrow ?

    I came to the US using my IR1 visa , at the POE , the CBP agent took me a photo but not my fingerprints , is this normal ? Can this cause me a problem to receive my Green Card ?

    I got to the US the 26th August with my IR1 visa and still waiting for my Social Security card to the mailbox , I went to the office this morning and the agent told me that im ineligible to work and need to ask the consular about the i94 form. So i fill out the social security form online and will come back to them. Can someone would clarify to me the situation? Can I apply for a jobs with my pport and the I551 stamp on it ?

    So no problem can be for my joint sponsor , the one who should pay is me the lawful resident , Yes we do have insurance

    Hello Im going to see a doctor next week for my bloodsugar test , the vidant health center in NC will send me a bill to pay so if i cant pay the bills is considred like a public charge benefetis ? So my joint sponsor should pay the bills , i attached the benetifs considered below

    Visa : IR1 I Dropped off my missing PCC together with my passport the 21th Of June and they gave me the pink stub asked to come back the 28th, I went yesterday and the visa is not ready yet , they asked me to come back to day , the officer seems not sure if i will get my visa today , and looked everywhere for my pport .... Unsual . My case is still on AP since the 23th. any similar case ?

    Hello Could we use a joint sponsor who lives in California and my wife lives in North Carolina ( We already have an signed letter says that the joint sponsor is a friend of my wife and she is ready to sponsor me )?

    Hello Sir my case now is at consulate and i got dq , so do i need to submit my new joint sponsor documents under my petitioner name section ; additional docs ? I cant remove the current joint sponsor docs
