You can certainly apply for a Tourist visa, there may be easier and cheaper options but that is your call.

Buy one in Southern Europe, it is a very long way to ship a vehicle.

Seems you wish to visit for multiple reasons, just be honest.

no no believe me my main purpose is just to import a car i preffered usa becaus my cousin is there thats it sow it will be easier for me to travel there with out hotel costs

Sounds fishy, and honestly it won't fly for a tourist visa interview.

You can get estimated prices online for buying and shipping cars from all over the world, so do your research, especially on shipping costs, also find out import taxes and fees in Tunisia, and then compare the import options from various countries with simply buying a car in Tunisia.  You will likely find that importing is more expensive so why would you want to do this?  Seems like you are wanting to go to the US for other reasons than only to buy a car.  If you say that cars are "expensive" in Tunisia, have you looked at the cost of traveling to the US, in addition to currency exchange, shipping costs, import fees, taxes, price of the car itself?

Sorry to sound harsh, but it doesnt seem like you want to go to USA to get a car. Even if they are THAT expensive in Tunisia, go to Germany, France, Ukraine, Eastern Europe, anywhere in europe basically. Cars are cheaper there than US, plus there won't be much import fee's, not as much shipping fee's, and traveling within Europe is a lot cheaper than traveling in USA. If i could i would definitely buy car in EU and IMPORT them to USA, rather than buying them here (German car enthusiast).

Finding a pretext to travel to USA, by covering up with "Buying a car" won't fly with CO, buy a car from a country that doesn't require visa. And definitely won't fly if you'll start mentioning your family there, disabilities. I'm very sure they will find an immigrant intent, especially in higher fraud country.

sorry to put it like that, but by what i've read from your responses, there is only one outcome i can see here. Denial or at least, turned away at the border.

Being that you don't need to go to the USA to buy and ship a car to you. I don't see a visa being granted for this. If I was the IO I would look at you and tell you to use the internet. There money saved.
