Very curious. Wonder if they are integrating DS-5535 into standard DS-160. I do not recall that question for us. Yet another good reason not to have any mainstream publically accessible "social media" accounts.  Can you expand/screenshot full list of the providers?

This new information doesn't surprise me and I'm sure it doesn't for you. SM has been a tool that can and has disseminated information detrimental to our nation. So why wouldn't USCIS not want to know someone's stance on any given issue.

Interesting!

That's pretty good. They answered both questions. Q1 I believe that next week you should hear something. Just a guess.  Q2 They will go ahead and move your expiration date out 4 more months. Once you have your interview you can stop worrying about the NOA2 exp date as for al tense and purposes it's DEAD. Your next date is the visa expiration date where you have to be in the US before it expires.

Good day Greenbaum my NOA 2 expire today and I have not hear anything from the embassy yet. Do you think they will send us something to show they have revalidate it? Or is just that email they have sent to us before that is all ?

They may confirm your extension request by email. I don't recall what they sent you before so i can't opine.

I believe it to mean that your expedition request his be reviewed and that you should await their decision. No one knows how long that will take. You'll just have to go about your life and hope it's sooner then later.

Greenbaum after almost 60 days in AP post verbal approval at the Cairo embassy today our status changed to Nonimmigrant visa application, is this a good sign? There have been consecutive updates the past few days
