  1. I will be going to US under a K1 visa, and my mom and cousin will be traveling to US with me under the B2 visa to attend my wedding and we will sightseeing together. My mom doesn't know English and I would like to go through custom border with her, I know 1 form per family but our visa are different can we still fill the form together? On question 15. is that my personal belonging like laptop, camera, doesn't have to declare? and only the gifts need to declare? thanks.
  2. Thank you! I had my interview and didn't ask anything about it. Today my statues changed to AP -> then changed to Issued. Thanks for your replies and suggestions.
  3. You have to check with the courthouse, we asked and the courthouse we want to go only hold wedding ceremony on every first Friday and only available for holding 3 weddings.
  4. Is 4 years of tax return transcripts, past 6 months of pay stubs, employment letters be enough? Or I need to prepare the 1040 & W2?
  5. I have his 4 years of tax return transcripts, employment letters and pay stubs for the past 6 months. Will this be enough for the interview? without the 1040EZ and W2?
  6. Thanks, Should I ask my fiance write a statement letter about he misunderstood the question and the answer is YES? Should I tell them about it before the interview start? I read someone from VJ also checked NO on I-129F and in the interview never asked about it, they was told the case was approved and passport was collected as well. But later got denial due to petitioner didn't disclose it was a 30 year old misdemeanor arrest that was dropped and later expunged. 221(g) stating that we were denied because "the petitioner failed to disclose information in the petition". I have lose all my confidence and faith...and thinking so negative...Really not sure what to do now...
  7. Thanks all...I still dk wt to do next, probably will ask my fiance (Petitioner) send an email or inquiry to consulate. And tell them once again and bring the court and police document to the interview. Just want to fix and be honest. We found a background check from a job, and which the drug case was plea: NG/NC, is that fine? or my fiance have to pay the fine to waived the case?
  8. Thank you for your reply. We just replied them and said we are ready for interview and waiting for them to reply the interview date only. Do you think we are too late to do it? Should we still send it to USCIS or just bring the document to the interview?
  9. Thanks for the replies... We really need some help and suggestion, we have been together 9 years soon and worked so hard and plan everything for the K1 visa, wedding, honeymoon and future...we cant imagine if we get denial cause of our stupidness.
  10. Please my interview is coming soon, but we just found out this problem when reading this post! We filed I-129F Part 3, Questions 4.a. and 4.b wrongly, we checked NO. My Fiance had a DUI 2 years ago fine was fewer than $500, and had a drug case dismissed many years ago as well. We thought only 2 cases not more than 3 and fine not more than $500 we don't have to check YES on 4.a. What we should do now? Should I bring a fiance letter and declare he made a mistake on I-129F and said it should be YES and then reply 4.b. as well? Should I tell them ahead before the interview? Anyone had this mistake or experiences and got approved?? Any suggestion and help would be appreciated.

  12. Please, we read it wrong on I-129F. on 4.a. Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance in any country, excluding traffic violations (unless a traffic violation was alcohol or drug related or involved a fine of $500 or more)? My Fiance had a DUI but he checked NO, because the fine wasn't more than $500 and he was misunderstanded the question. My interview will be soon, and I just read someone said they got deny because didn't check YES for minor arrested as well on 4.a. Can anyone help us? If the interviewer ask about it what should I do?
  13. Thanks, I read something about I-693, so I was wondering. Effective November 1, 2018, the I-693 medical report will be valid for two years from the date of submission to USCIS (and not one year as it is currently). At the same time, USCIS are shortening the I-693 validity period to 60 days from the date the Civil Surgeon signs the I-693 medical exam (it used to be one year). https://www.cilawgroup.com/news/2018/10/18/new-uscis-policy-extends-i-693-medical-exam-validity-to-two-years-but-must-file-i-693-earlier/
  14. Does anyone know is the Medical Exam I do aboard is valid for 2 years now? I am thinking to have the Exam done in May and go in USA and marry at Oct then apply for AOS. I don't want to do the medical exam again in the US but since the AOS is taking alot longer than before, if Medical Exam only valid for a year, there is a high chances I will have to pay to do a exam in US then? thanks.
