Hello. Congrats so far. How did you know that the application has left the NVC? Did you receive a letter from them?
blank avatar JeviMan on 2019-04-05 said:
You can check in this link if your case has left from the NVC. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw== When you enter your case #, if it say AT NVC then NVC hasn’t ship your case, if it say READY then the embassy has the case. Last shipment was April 2 the next shipment it is on April 16, your case probably will be ship on April 16. If NVC has your email they will send you an email saying that your case is foward to Santo Domingo embassy.

Hey Rob, you are ok. I haven’t schedule the interview because my girlfriend is pregnant and I will do the interview after the baby is born. Today I got an email from the embassy saying that I can process the K visa with the embassy, but you don’t need the this email. Your package will be ship this Tuesday coming up and the embassy will get it on Friday 19. So if your interview is after the 19 you good to go. Good luck on your interview

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
