We got our Bio metrics appointment letter today and on the letter it only shows our cases numbers for our I-485 and I-765.  It does not show or mention the I-131 Advanced Parole form.  Is this an issue or does the I-131 form not require the biometrics?  We submitted all three together and have cases numbers already for all three.  Just confused why the I-131 is missing for the biometrics letter.  We are worried there is a problem.  Thanks.

I received my biometrics appointment letter yesterday. It will be on 12/24 😊

The USCIS website for each form has a link for required documents needed to submit. The instructions for each for also state what is needed.

You can also Google "I485 Cover letter" and many cover pages will come up stating what documents ppl have sent.

You can also look up Youtube videos on how to assemble the packages and it will show you what documents ppl sent.

And the G325A for AOS? No

Thank you!..How about the address on where to send the application?

That's on the USCIS website also on the form page.

Can you Google "I-485"?

It will show you a link to the form, a link to the instructions, a link "where to file"...many links...you should read all of them.

Received my noa 1 papers and on i-130 it says my country of birth is USA. I guess its just a typo. Is it gonna be a problem? Should I call them? Or maybe just mention it on my bio appointment?

I did not received bio appointment yet.

Call them. Most ASC offices (where you usually get your Bio done at) dont even have a single USCIS immigration officer working at them.

It's probably just a clerical error but it could be them mixing you up with an entirely different person. Call them at the soonest to correct it.

If anyone has been following my AOS rejection, then today we found out the reason. My husband wrote 2017 on the check, instead 2018 😂

So we have to send the entire package again. Putting it together tomorrow and sending it Monday morning.

If anyone has advice on this: can I just replace the forms, but keep all other supporting documents as USCIS sent them back to me? They have stapled all supporting documents together in a different order than I sent them and they have a code printed on the bottom of the page.

OR should I reprint and assemble the entire package from scratch?
