I sent my AOS (from B2 visa) today 12/12/18 via USPS.

I'm nervous as I overstayed and didn't use as lawyer but I've prepared everything for the last 2 months and know I should be fine. 😅

Good luck to everyone!

I’m b2 also... mailed mine in on December 3rd... USCIS receive it on December 5th.... then got my E-notifications last night with my case number... good luck

Yes, the required documents to submit. @K1visaHopeful

and question,  is G-325A still needed?

The USCIS website for each form has a link for required documents needed to submit. The instructions for each for also state what is needed.

You can also Google "I485 Cover letter" and many cover pages will come up stating what documents ppl have sent.

You can also look up Youtube videos on how to assemble the packages and it will show you what documents ppl sent.

And the G325A for AOS? No

Hello,

I sent my AoS packet last Thursday. Got the case number for EAD, AP and AoS yesterday. Is it normal that for the i-485 on the USCIS online tracker it says "fingerprint fee received" instead of "case received"?

Thank you.

Have a good day.

Hey. I got the text yesterday and on myUSCIS wasn't showing yet. Today though, it showed. So my suggestion is just to wait.

You can also look on case status online. :)

Did you try to check the phone app for USCIS? It is called "Case Tracker".

However, I think it is all good though. For the NOA2 for my I-129F I got the actual letter before the website got updated. Sometimes i guess websites don't get updated.

We got our Bio metrics appointment letter today and on the letter it only shows our cases numbers for our I-485 and I-765.  It does not show or mention the I-131 Advanced Parole form.  Is this an issue or does the I-131 form not require the biometrics?  We submitted all three together and have cases numbers already for all three.  Just confused why the I-131 is missing for the biometrics letter.  We are worried there is a problem.  Thanks.

Correct, I131 doesnt require a biometrics appt because they were all filed together.

But the biometrics papers mentions our I-765 form still so why doesn't it mention the I-131 form as well?  Thats what we are confused on. It's like they left it off for some reason.

Everyone who files all three together is like that. Its non issue. Just how they do it when you file all together.

may I ask for when is your biometric appointment? I am trying to figure out if I am going to get mine during Christmas (which would be unfortunate because I'll be out of town).
