Ouch the processing times for the Harlingen office just changed. It was 6.5 to 23.5 and now it's 9 to 32.5. I guess I can stop hoping about getting the GC fast.

So I just got a letter for another Biometrics appointment. I did mine Dec 4; now my new one is Jan 4. So that means someone where I got my biometrics messed up, coz it says on my new appointment letter that the FBI can’t process my finger print card, so I must re-take it. So frustrating!

Saw that some days ago. It is actually most offices.  I don't think it makes much difference. Has your case changed to "ready for an interview"?

Nope it's still showing fingerprint fee was received, been like that for 46 days now. I guess I'll give a call early January to make sure that my biometrics were completed, and I'm not missing something.

Our closest office changed too, from 6 months to 7.5 months. Our case also hasn't updated, except to say our NOA1 was not delivered (which we knew about)

ROC Timeline:

Date format is MM/DD/YY

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

04/07/21 - NOA1 Text Messages Received

Has anyone gotten work visa or adanced parole approval yet?

lol

You are wayyy ahead of yourself pal

Timeline is 4-6 months. Take that with a grain of salt because I still know some people who filed in May still waiting.

USCIS for the most part is working on July and August filers.

So November has AT least about another 3 more months of waiting ahead of y'all

Notice returned to USCIS, undeliverable. I've had my biometrics appointment, not heard anything since then, though.

Have you contacted USCIS to confirm your current address is correct?

Have you confirmed with USPS that they will deliver mail in your married name if you've changed your name?

Sorry it doesnt help me much as each form requires specific and seperate required documents. Sometimes the 3 forms each need 1 copy of the required document (so three copies of the same thing). I cant upload my 3 cover letters as VJ wont let me or I would.

Hope your RFIE comes soon. Post the RFIE when you get it if you need advice please.

It finally came and it has truly confused us the more.
