Do i need to tell him? I never thought about that. I don't know what should i do for this. I think it is good enough just my baby and me.

Yes, your child deserves to know their father. Also, it looks like you're struggling financially and you'll be able to get child support from your ex boyfriend, so there's no reason not to try.

How do you not tell him?? After all,   Its the right thing to do.   Pretty selfish and very unfair to the child and the father.

In terms of VAWA I can’t be much help however I will say you need to get your story straight before going to immigration with it. It’s very convoluted right now. Sit down and think about timelines, what exactly occurred, when exactly it occurred etc

Just telling the truth will do just that.

Start fixing the timeline to look good and the "little white lies" appear

1. She's clearly ESL, so she should get all the help she can with this very confusing situation.

2. Having your timeline put together with documentation is the basis of every application and case submitted to USCIS.

3. Assuming that someone will lie is a detriment to her question, and also the basis of this website, which was created to help others.

I was faithful in my ex abuser husband. I never had 2nd or third man in marriage.

Not judging you on a moral scale, and obviously there is a bit of a language barrier----but no, you were not faithful---becoming pregnant by another man while married is not "faithful", and there was a 2nd man in the marriage.

also I did not knew it was abusive marriage until the social worker told me.

I would ask the social worker to assist in setting you up with low-cost/free consultation with an immigration attorney.

Possible issues with proving the marriage was real as she was cheating on him less than two months after marriage.

Yes, but at least partially it was because she was seeking comfort after the abuse. It was also a once only thing. It's not like she carried on with a long affair. I'm not saying it wasn't a mistake. I AM saying it's somewhat understandable.

^^ This.  Or, go to your local courthouse or court clerk's office.  There should be a legal aid desk there.  While they may not be able to give you the name of an immigration attorney, they should know a lot of organizations which can help you and those organizations might know an attorney who can do your case for little to no cost.

As far as the baby's father, it only takes ONE time to get pregnant.  If you had sex with only two men, and one has already been ruled out, then the father of the baby must be the other man.  Unless this other guy is also abusive, and it doesn't sound like he is, you need to have a talk with him.  Other than the reasons people have already said, there are health reasons why your child needs to know who their father is.  There could be hereditary conditions and such that your child will need to know about - heart conditions, cancers, high blood pressure, etc.  Please reconsider and talk with him.

It wasn't implied that OP should lie. Obviously OP's English is less than perfect and there was confusion as to the timeline. My understanding is:

Man #1 asks her to marry her. She says no and instead marries Man #2, who abuses her, files for her AOS then withdraws it when he's sent to jail after the abuse. She has a one night stand with Man #1. Man #2 later files for divorce. OP files VAWA claiming that she had a baby with the abuser. During the divorce from Man #2 it comes to light that he is not the baby's biological father, therefore Man #1 must be the father...

You should read ALL her posts carefully..

Now I saw a new one i missed she sent to seek comfort AFTER the abuse but because someone quoted it there's this..

"also I did not knew it was abusive marriage until the social worker told me"

I'm done reading this thread
